[{"fields": {"is_featured": true, "dir_size": 5700, "igdata": "teeter hangups inversion table - assembly step one - assemble the a-frame base step two - install hand grips step three - install roller hinges step four - attach the table frame step five - insert the main shaft step six - rotate the front ankle clamps step seven - assemble rear bar step eight - assembly foot platform congratulations on purchasing a f7000 inversion table by teeter. this ignitable will guide you in the proper assembly of the unit. first make sure you read the warning located on the assembly instructions that should of came with the product. carefully remove all the individual parts from the carton. you should have all of the items shown here. if any items are damaged or missing contact your retailer or customer service. open the a-frame and make sure that the spreader arms are locked flat as show here. place one of each hand grip (left/right) over the outside edge of the corresponding hinge plates as shown in figure 2. insert three 1/2" hex bolts through each plate into each hand grip. only use the wrenches provided to tighten. rest table frame on flat surface or against the crossbar of the front of the a-frame. open the cam locks on each side of the table frame. with the grooved pivots pin facing outward... ...insert the roller hinges into the bracket on both side of the table frame. then make sure the hole setting are the same on both sides. this is determined by your weight. this positions is for 220-300lbs this positions is for 120-220lbs and this positions is for 80-120lbs holding each side near the roller hinges, pick up the table frame and stand at the front of the a-frame. lower each pivot pin into the a-frame hinge plates at the same time, shown here. check to make sure that the self-locking hooks have closed over both pivot pins and that the table rotates smoothly. loosen the de-rattler knob on the main shaft housing. insert the main shaft into the blue bushing while pulling out the height selector locking pin. set your height position... ...then re-tighten the de-rattler knob on the main shaft housing. now pull the locking pin for the ankle clamps shown here pull out spring loaded front ankle clamps until the square tubing is disengaged from the main shaft. do not overstretch the spring. rotate the clamps counterclockwise so that the pin holes face up shown here. with the rounded corners of the rear foam ankle piece facing down... ...insert the rear bar with one ankle into the large hole at the bottom of the main shaft shown here. slip over the foam ankle clamp with the silver backing (round corners down) onto the rear bar... ... and push the black rubber plug into the bar show here. align the hole in the rear bar with the hole on the main shaft and insert the hex bolt from the rear. install the washer and nut; tighten with the wrenches provided as shown. slide the foot platform into the bottom of the main shaft and adjust to desired height. insert the triangle-head knob through the predrilled holes and tighten. attach the clip to the desired strap angle and hook the clip to the loop at the base of the table bed show here. notice that the strap controls the amount of inversion you require. so there have your very own inversion table. <br/>", "overdue_email_after": false, "fail_retake": false, "keywords": "Inversion, Table, Back Issues, Disks, Spine", "fail_action": "", "notification_email": false, "access_token_redemption_count": 0, "completion_type": "", "title": "Teeter Hangups Inversion Table - Assembly", "overdue_email_after_text": null, "encoded_id": "hDmbcGxIqY", "is_viewed": true, "overdue_days_email": false, "parent_id": null, "private_views": 0, "fail_email_text": null, "status": "active", "sharing": "public", "description": "This Ignitable will guide you in the proper assembly of the F7000 Inversion table by Teeter.
